§ 1 Provider and scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online platform of Haus des Döners Franchise GmbH (Bonnstraße 237, 50354 Hürth, HRB 110596).
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
By clicking "Order", you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation by the selected branch. Branches are legally independent (franchise model); the contractual partner is the respective branch.
§ 3 Prices and payment
- All prices are in Euro including statutory VAT (7% take-away / 19% dine-in).
- Payment methods: Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Nexi, cash, invoice (business customers only).
- For delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply, visible before order completion.
§ 4 Delivery and pickup
For delivery, approximate times are given; delays may occur due to traffic, weather or order peaks. For self-pickup, the order will be ready at the selected branch at the specified time.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts on the delivery of food with a short expiry date or prepared meals.
§ 6 Warranty & complaints
Defect claims are addressed to the branch where the order was placed. Please send complaints within 24 hours by e-mail to info@haus-des-doners.online or call +49 176 45341787.
§ 7 Bonus points
Registered customers receive 10 points per €1 of revenue. 100 points equal a €1 discount on the next order. Points are non-transferable and expire 24 months after issue.
§ 8 Platform and data protection
The technical platform is operated by LotusPecas. For data protection details see Privacy Statement.
§ 9 Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction for business customers: Cologne.
