Important note: Food and prepared meals
For orders of freshly prepared food (döner, pide, daily specials, drinks and all menu items), the right of withdrawal is excluded under § 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB, as these are goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
Right of withdrawal for other orders
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons, provided the order does not concern food or drinks. This applies in particular to:
- Gift vouchers (before first redemption)
- Merchandise / branded items (where offered)
- Franchise enquiries with paid consulting services
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract or — for delivery of physical goods — from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement we use the same payment method as in the original transaction (Stripe, Nexi, bank account). You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For gift vouchers, the right of withdrawal expires early as soon as the voucher code has been redeemed. For sealed goods, it expires when the seal has been removed after delivery.
